Itinerary:
Depart early morning from your hotel for about 3 hours drive to the northern part Sabah. You will visit to the Bee Rearing Farm (Honey Bee Farm) at Kampung Sumangkap, Tinangol (Beads Centre) experience bead making and arrive Bavanggazo Village for visit to the Rungus Longhouse. Built entirely using local materials, it is a home to the Rungus community, a sub-tribe of the Kadazandusun. Traditional native lunch will be served at the longhouse.
Continue your journey for about 1 hour to Simpang Mengayau or also known as The Northern Tip of Borneo. Enjoy the scenic view of the beautiful long white beaches where two oceans -South China Sea and Sulu Sea meet. Transfer back to Kota Kinabalu.

2) LOK KAWI WILDLIFE PARK

Itinerary:
About 30 minutes drive to the southwestern part from the Kota Kinabalu will bring you to the Lok Kawi Wildlife Park, a small wildlife rehabilitation centre. The 280 acres of land hosted nearly 100 species of plants, birds and wild animals. The park has a few interesting sections, namely the aviary, botanical garden, and majority of the parks contains mammals sections. There is also a children's zoo and amphitheater inside the park.
Guests able to witness rare animals like the endangered pygmy elephants, gibbons, clouded leopard, civet cats, tarsiers and Orang Utans. Outside the entrance, there are a few souvenir shops that offer a range of local- products.

3) MARI-MARI CULTURAL VILLAGE

The village is located at Kionsom, Inanam about 25 minutes away from the city. Upon arrival at the entrance of the village, you will be ushered to the warmth of different homes of the ethnicities of Sabah. Each home was built by descendants of the tribes they represent and offer you a truly genuine experience seeing everything in and around the village lends to its magical prowess of taking you back in time. Not only does this village portray these tribes through the architectural genius of their traditional houses, but also through a range of simulated lives of the olden epoch by the residents of the village
As you traverse the village, you will find demonstration huts along the main houses in which daily activities of old times come into life. For example, the making of blowpipe, starting a fire (from Polod tree – you will learn the steps of making fire without the help of a lighter), tattoo-making (and its symbolisms), try their traditional food and etc.

4) RASA RIA ORANG UTAN SANCTUARY

The Orang Utan is the largest tree-climbing animal in the world. It has evolved for life in the trees, with both hands and feet adapted for gripping branches. Visit to the Nature Reserve at Rasa Ria is a small Orang-Utan Rehabilitation Center set in the grounds of the Shangri-La resort.
Journey from Kota Kinabalu will took around 45 minutes where you'll meet our famous Orang Utans, rescued animals. The Reserve is home to a wide spectrum of Sabah wildlife and if you lucky you might see such as two species of deer, long-tailed macaques, pheasants, civets, bear cat, masked musang, monitor lizard, water hens, porcupines, slow lories, pangolins, pitcher plants, fruit bats and 63 species of birds. After around two hours tour guests will back to hotel.
